At Crack Pot Studio, we are delighted to welcome you, whether it is to celebrate your birthday party, a family gathering or a special occasion.
How does it work?
One of our experienced pottery teachers will be on hand to guide your guests through the process of creating their own unique piece from clay.
Guests will experiment with hand building and sculpting techniques including slab, coil or pinching. Once everyone have constructed their piece, the party guests will decorate and add colour to their creations.
Then it’s time for cake! All the painted pieces will stay at the studio to be fired, so your beautiful creations will be food and drink safe – Remember you hand-painted them, so you will need to hand wash your pieces – No Dishwashers!
Each piece will be individually wrapped, labelled with the guest’s name and boxed for pick up in approximately two weeks.

Kids Clay Handbuilding Party – Starting at $365 plus HST
Adults Clay Handbuilding Party – Starting at $365 plus HST
Each Painting Package Includes:
- Private studio space (access available 15 minutes prior to party, and 15 minutes post party to gather your belongings)
- Personalized chalk board sign
- Paper plates, cups, forks and napkins
- Refrigerator available for food storage
- Set up and clean up of the room ready for the party (Does not include personalized decorations)

- Customized Birthday Plate for all the guests to sign! Starting at $28
- Crack Pot T-Shirt for the Birthday person, starting at $16

TIME: 2 hours 15 minutes (1 ½ hours for the clay activity + 45 minutes for celebration)
Minimum 8 guests required. Do you have less than 8 guests? Call us to reserve a table in our main studio to paint! (Food and party host not available)
Ready to Book?
Please contact Crack Pot Studio either by email or call us on 905-338-1358 weekdays 11-6pm to secure your spot! $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied to your invoice the day of the party.

IMPORTANT NITTY GRITTY….
The party room will be available for you to arrive 15 minutes early for you to set up and greet guests as they arrive. Please encourage guests to arrive on time as the guided art lesson begins promptly upon your scheduled time.
Parking is limited downtown, please account for this in your travel time. Click here for more information about parking in Downtown Oakville.
TIME ALLOCATION: Once the party is complete, you will be allotted 15 minutes to gather your belongings, so we can prepare the room for the next celebration.
An additional fees will be applied for any time exceeding allotted time.
GUESTS: Space is limited to the participating party guests. For Kids Parties, we can make an allowance for ONLY 6 non-participating guests (i.e., parents, caregivers, guardians, grandparents).
Please ensure you inform your guests parents/guardian this is a drop off activity. Non-participants at a Kid’s Clay Handbuilding Party exceeding 6 will result in an additional fee.
DEPOSIT: $100 deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposit is non-refundable within 28 days of your booking. To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or telephone 905-338-1358.
