Celebrate your birthday at Crack Pot Studio and enjoy being royalty for the day in a private studio space!
Our experienced pottery teacher guides guests through the process of creating their own unique piece from clay. Guests will experiment with hand building and sculpting techniques including slab, coil or pinching. Next, party guests will decorate and add colour to their creations. Once fired, pottery creations are food and drink safe! Each piece will be individually wrapped, labelled with the guest’s name and boxed for pick up in approximately two weeks.
Each party includes:
- Private studio space (access available 15 minutes prior to party, and 15 minutes post party to gather your belongings)
- Set up and clean up

- Refrigerator available for food storage

AGE: 5 years and older, including teens!
TIME: 2 hours 15 minutes (1 ½ hours for the clay activity + 45 minutes for celebration)
COST: $355 + HST for up to 8 guests. Each additional guest is $32 + HST.
Minimum 8 guests required. Do you have less than 8 guests? Call us to reserve a table in our main studio to paint! (Food and party host not available)

Booking currently not available online. Please contact us to secure your spot! $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied to your invoice the day of the party.

PARTY ROOM

The party room will be available for you to arrive 15 minutes early for you to set up and greet guests as they arrive. Please encourage guests to arrive on time as the guided art lesson begins promptly upon your scheduled time.
Parking is limited downtown, please account for this in your travel time. Click here for more information about parking in Downtown Oakville.
Once the party is complete, you will be allotted 15 minutes to gather your belongings so we can begin preparing for the next celebration! Additional fees applied for time exceeding allotted grace period.
GUESTS: Space is limited to the participating party guests and up to 6 non-participating guests (i.e., parents, caregivers, guardians, grandparents, etc.) please ensure you inform your guests parents/guardian this is a drop off activity. Non-participants exceeding 6 will result in an additional fee.
DEPOSIT: $100 deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposit is non-refundable within 28 days of your booking. To cancel, please contact us via email or telephone.
