These Terms & Conditions apply when you make a purchase, book a class, workshop, party or event, or participate in an experience at Crack Pot Studio. By making a booking or purchase, you agree to these terms and any additional policies provided at the time of booking.
 
1. Bookings & Payments

Classes, workshops, parties and other experiences are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes are added where required.
 

Payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking. Your reservation is confirmed once the required payment has been received and you have received confirmation from Crack Pot Studio.
 
2. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation, refund and rescheduling policies vary by experience. Any specific terms provided during the booking process form part of these Terms & Conditions.
 

Private parties and events require a $100 deposit, which becomes non-refundable within 28 days of the event.

If you need to change a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability.

Crack Pot Studio may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule a class, workshop or event. If this happens, we will contact affected customers with available options.
 
3. Classes, Workshops & Programs

Please review all dates, times, age requirements and program details before registering. Registration applies to the specific class, workshop or program selected. Missed classes or sessions may not be refundable or transferable unless otherwise stated by Crack Pot Studio.
 
4. Pottery, Firing & Pickup

Part of the beauty of handmade pottery is that every piece is unique. Glazing and kiln-firing can sometimes produce variations in colour, finish or appearance, and pieces can occasionally crack or break during firing. Firing and processing times are estimates and may vary depending on our kiln schedule.
 

Once you've been notified that your pottery is ready, finished pieces must be collected within 45 days. Due to limited storage space, we cannot guarantee pieces will be kept beyond this period.
 
5. Studio Participation

Customers are expected to follow studio instructions and treat our staff, other guests, equipment and space with care and respect. Children must be supervised according to the requirements of the program or experience they are attending.
 

Crack Pot Studio may end participation where behaviour creates a safety concern or significantly disrupts others.
 
6. Gift Cards

Crack Pot Studio gift cards can be purchased online and used toward eligible studio experiences and purchases.
 

Gift cards do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
 
7. Website, Pricing & Privacy

We do our best to keep pricing, schedules, availability and website information accurate and current. Crack Pot Studio may correct errors or update information when necessary. If a material change affects an existing booking, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.
 

Website content, including photographs, text, graphics and logos, belongs to Crack Pot Studio or is used with permission and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
 

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.
